Should you ship to a home address or a school address? That's totally up to you. However, if you want us to ship to a school address, check to see if there are any special requirements or receiving dates. Some schools do not want packages sent too far in advance.

If you would like us to HOLD your order for shipping at a later date to campus, please enter "Hold" in the Address box on the Shipping Address form in the Shopping Cart. When you have your shipping address information, you can email it to us at customerservice@rhl.org or call us - 800.847.0751. At that time, you will need to tell us your order number, which is printed on your invoice. We do need to know the city, state and ZIP code AT THIS TIME in order to calculate shipping charges.

For orders shipped to the 48 contiguous United States, we typically ship via UPS and our shipments usually arrive in seven to ten business days.

For orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, we use USPS Priority Mail and orders usually arrive in seven to ten business days.
